应该如何选择烟杆或烟弹?

我们有多种不同品牌与系列的烟杆与烟弹。有一些烟杆烟弹可以互相通配,但是并非全部的产品都能通用。如果您对于产品的适配问题存在疑问的话,请仔细阅读页面的产品信息,或者寻求在线客服的帮助。

配送信息

目前我们只投递美国境内的快递地址。未来将会包含加拿大与墨西哥地区,敬请期待。

Our orders are delivered by USPS, and there are multiple shipping services you can select. Shipping costs will vary depending on the service selected.

All relevant delivery options available for your order will be displayed at checkout.

Processing and Shipping Time

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email after placing your order and another email with a tracking number when your package is shipped out. Please check your junk mail if you can not find the confirmation email.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed by 4 PM PST will be shipped out the same business day. 

Orders placed on holidays or weekend days will be processed the following business day.

快递预计到达时间会因地区与快递公司而不同。通常情况下USPS平邮会在5-7个工作日内到达。USPS优先发货会在3-5个工作日内到达。

请注意我们能够保证在货运规则规定的时间内发货。但当快递公司开始承运以后,我们将无法改变收货地址,并且无法保证快递公司的货运时间不会受到其他因素的影响。

如果您并未收到您的包裹/包裹丢失?

        If the tracking information for your package confirms delivery and you cannot locate the delivered package:

        1. Check with neighbors and family members

        2. Look around the delivery location

        3. Check for notice of attempted delivery

        4. Contact the carrier

        5. Email support@kissyvape.com or visit our live chat, provide your order number to our customer representative and we will help you out as soon as possible. 

Exchanges and Returns

Due to the safety concerns of our staff members and customers, all items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable and non-exchangeable basis unless defective. Please place your order carefully.

We do not accept any exchange or returns for the following situation:

I bought the wrong product; I do not like the flavor I got; I bought more items than I needed; I no longer need it anymore.

What should I do if I received defect product

Please contact us through our customer service by sending an email to support@kissyvape.com, and provide fault pictures/videos to explain specific problems, so that customer service can better understand and judge the problem, then they will provide you with a solution within 1-3 business days. 

Cancellations

If you would like to make cancel your order, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you in any way possible.

Your order can not be modified, canceled, or returned once it’s shipped out.
