Delivery area

We only deliver within the United States now, but we are planning to ship our products to Canada and Mexico in the near future.

Processing and shipping time

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email after placing your order and another email with a tracking number when your package is shipped out. Please check your junk mail if you can not find the confirmation email.

    • Orders placed by 4PM PDT will be shipped out the same business day. 

*A business day means any day except any Saturday, any Sunday, or any day which is a federal legal holiday. Please refer to the table below to see your delivery time

    • The shipping ETA depends on the area and carrier. But normally USPS First Class Shipping takes 5-7 Business Days and USPS Priority shipping Shipping takes 3-5 Business Day
    • Please note that we could only guarantee we shipped out your package on time but there is nothing we could do after your package was shipped out. We can not change the shipping address nor control the delivery time of the carrier.
