Processing and shipping time

       Vape shipping timelines vary by state and depend on distance from our fulfillment center. Vape mail requires a 21+ Adult be present to show ID and sign for the package.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email after placing your order and another email with a tracking number when your package is shipped out. Please check your junk mail if you can not find the confirmation email.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed by 4PM PDT will be shipped out the same business day. 

Orders placed on holidays or weekend days will be processed the following business day.

The shipping ETA depends on the area and carrier. 

 
 
**Shipping Policy**
 
Due to federal and state regulations, we do not sell or ship electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) to the following states: Arkansas, Georgia, Hawaii, Maine, Nebraska, New York, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, and Vermont. Orders placed for delivery to addresses in these states is not available.
 
All shipments of ENDS products, including vapes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, and pods, require an adult signature (21 years of age or older) upon delivery. A valid government-issued photo ID will be checked at the time of delivery.

**The above timeline assumes that a 21+ adult is present at time of delivery to show ID and sign for the delivery. Please use current phone numbers and delivery details as needed (gate codes, unit #s, mobile #s)
