It is not often something that goes wrong with orders from these guys BUT sometimes there are manufacturing defects. Do not worry, Kissyvape staff will take good care of you! The device itself looks great but for some reason it makes the Chinese tea pods taste burnt on first hit. Went through a whole pack with same result. Pop it in Relx and it tasted fine. Didn't happen with any other Veex pods of other flavors. Thought it might just be the that box so I opened another one and same thing it taste burnt.
