Keeping this review short-
I ordered 4 pods, 2 of the pods (new gen pods) did not work on my old generation RELX device. I reached out to customer service and informed them about my issue. They did not hesitate to apologize and offered to upgrade my RELX device to the newest RELX gen model. Very kind of them to do and my loyalty will be to KISSYVAPES.
As for the NEW GEN RELX VAPE PEN.... Its VERY VERY GOOD. I love the 3 voltage settings and the reminder of how many puffs I have taken within 15 minutes. Its keep you in check not to over do it. Good feature.
