Package Lost Policy
Although the carrier should be responsible to the package lost, KissyVape is committed to providing the best vaping experience and the customer’s sake is always our priority.
The customer has the option either to RECEIVE 50% of ORDER TOTAL REFUND or to REQUEST A RESEND SERVICE FOR FREE. Please note that if the resent order is lost again, we will no longer offer a refund or resend anymore.
If one customer reports package lost more than twice, KissyVape has the right to reject any refund or resend service after reviewing the order and tracking status provided by the carrier.
